Design Approach

As a positive thinking and design led interior decorating company, Folds Inside prides itself on being flexible and approachable. With that in mind, we've developed and refined a way of working with all our clients that keeps things as simple as possible to help make the whole process as enjoyable as possible. Below is a breakdown to this process.

Step 01.

Style Direction

Once we have established the scope of work following a detailed Q&A we will produce a Mood-board consisting of colours, inspirational images and textures to create an overall style direction so that you can begin to visualise how the design will take shape and so that we know we are on the right tracks.

Step 02.

The Detail

During this stage of work we will advance the concept design and look at the detail. We will draw up necessary floor plans, lighting plans, 3D visuals so that you have a clear understanding of how everything will come together in your space and so that appropriate manufacturers and tradespeople can realise our vision.

Folds Inside has very well established connections with some of the best interior suppliers and will source everything required providing a clear FF&E schedule.

We can take the worries and plate spinning off your hands whilst keeping you fully informed as to what’s going on. We will attend site when necessary and oversee the construction side of things as well as the installation of all FF&E items. Then to finish off we would be delighted to style and dress your home adding all the decorative elements so it is ready for you to enjoy and show off!
